ingredients:
1 block of vegan mozzarella (I used Veg Cheese)
gluten free pasta (1 box)
3/4 cup hot sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 cups of non-dairy milk
1/2 bag of vegan cheese shreds
bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted vegan margarine (Becel)
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
instructions:
Add mozzarella to a baking dish and pre-heat oven to 350°
Add pasta around the cheese
Top mozzarella with coconut yogurt
Sprinkle cheese shreds all around the dish
Pour in 4 cups of non-dairy milk, melted butter and 3/4 cup hot sauce
Add minced garlic, garlic powder and black pepper
Mix the pasta around until combined with the sauce
Bake for 45 minutes and remove
Top with bread crumbs and bake for another 5 minutes
Let the pasta cool & then enjoy!
