Ingredients:
• 1 cup diced mushrooms
• 1 carrot diced
• 2 celery stalks diced
• Olive oil
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp parsley
• fresh basil
• 12 oz diced tomatoes
• 1 cup cooked/canned lentils
• 16 oz pasta sauce
• 1 package of gluten free pasta
• Nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Diced mushrooms, celery and carrot
Add to a pan with olive oil and minced garlic and cook until softened
Add the spices and mix thoroughly
Add lentils, tomato sauce, parsley, basil and diced tomatoes
Cook on low for 10 minutes
Cook your pasta while you are waiting for the bolognese sauce
Mix sauce and pasta together and add nutritional yeast
Serve & enjoy
