Ingredients:
6 white potatoes
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh parsley
Vegan sour cream (Tofutti)
Follow Your Heart Parmesan
Instructions:
Clean the potatoes and boil them for 15-20 minutes until a fork can pierce through
Pre-heat oven to 450°
Add potatoes to a baking dish and lightly smash them flat with a cup
Brush the potatoes with the melted butter, parsley and garlic mixture
Cook for 20 minutes
Remove and top with sour cream and parmesan
